Complex will offer panoramic restaurant, convention center and 186 apartments business
As of September 20, the city of Lisbon reopen one of its most modern postcards, the Vasco da Gama Tower, a skyscraper of 142 meters high, built over the Tagus River, the Park of Nations, with the MYRIAD opening of the hotel, the Portuguese network SANA Hotels.

The new development will have 1,690 meters square of internal space, 21 floors built attached to the tower with 186 rooms (150 deluxe rooms, 26 premium, nine suites and one presidential suite), plus an indoor pool, spa, events center 1,500 square meters the Myriad Crystal Center, helipad, bar and two restaurants one of which on top of the building, overlooking the Tagus River and part of Lisbon.
Following the architectural concept of the tower, the arches symmetrical giant white in color, shaped like a candle, gained extension with the hotel complex, whose windows were designed to have constant sight of the beauty of the river Tagus, the splendor of the green Park of Nations and much of the city of Lisbon.
The work lasted just under three years and his early delivery, expected date to the end of 2013, is finally completed and opened to the public. The Vasco da Gama Tower was built in 1998 at the world exhibition Expo 98, and visitation was discontinued in 2001 after the closure of a restaurant that operated on the roof of the monument.
